The staff are professional and kind, always ready to help. The rooms with city views are in good condition and offer a nice escape from the lively surroundings. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, catering to all tastes.

Shower water wasn't consistently warm, but that didn't bother me.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision. The location couldn't have been better - directly opposite Ben Thanh market. We loved being able to walk to the market anytime we wanted. The room was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of complimentary water. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and baguette. Plus, the view from our room overlooking the city was stunning.
